1. acceptance of work
-I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
-refund eligibility depends on process stage.
2.Communication ( communication will take place on the platforms: Discord, TikTok or Instagram)
this includes:
-references
-approvals
-clarification
-revisions
-payment confirmations
(failure to respond for at least 7 days during an approval stage may result in a project pause)3.Payment
-First half of payment is required after the first sketch, Second half of payment will be sent after the artwork is completed!
-Currently, I only take Cashapp and Venmo.
-All prices are starting prices! Prices may change based on the complexity of the overall request, or character design.4.Personal use rights
-All personal use is permitted!! My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials (Credit appreciated but not required, as long as you don’t claim it as your own Artwork), or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement and payment.
—AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.5.Watermark policy
- Finished Projects will include a small watermark!
- If commercial use is approved, the watermark will be removed.
- Removing watermarks without permission is a violation of these terms6.Scope definitions
-Anatomical proportions may be intentionally stylized.
-Facial structure, eye size, and limb proportions may reflect my particular style.7.Add ons
-Commercial use rights are +$20 on final price.
Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
-Use for logo/watermark
-Streamer content
-Use for thumbnails
-May sell, make merch and ads with credit
-Other intended forms commercial use need to be communicated.8. Artist Rights:
-I may use your commissions to put in portfolios, social media, etc
-Do not claim my artwork as your own or trace it.9. Willing to draw

-people
-pets
-ocs
-fanart
